1/3 cup of dry nonfat milk 1 scoop Brewers yeast 12 oz. of non fat or low fat milk 1 banana

Strawberry Shortcake Shake:

1 scoop vanilla whey 1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese 1 egg 1tbs. sugar free vanilla pudding mix 2 tbs. flaxmeal 2 tbs. sugar free strawberry syrup Pure Protein bar (strawberry shortcake flavor) broken into pieces 1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen strawberrys Vanilla extract and Stevia, to taste

Simple Peanut Butter Banana Shake:

1-2 Scoops of Whey or Casein 2 Cups of Whole Milk 3/4 Cup of Oats 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter 1/2 Banana 5g of Glutamine

The Hulk:

2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1/2 tbsp sugar-free pistachio pudding mix 1 mint leaf or a few drops peppermint extract (optional) 1 few drops green food coloring (optional) 8 oz. cold water or low-fat milk 3-5 ice cubes

Lemon Cheese & Strawberry Protein Shake:

3 scoops lemon cheese cake ice cream 1 cup strawberries, frozen 3 tbsp evaporated milk 2½ cups milk 4 eggs
